Title: Animator  (PS)
Reports to: Assistant Coordinator

Purpose of Position
The Animator is the key person in charge of implementation and management of the social franchising system and procedures. He is in charge of all entrepreneurs in his province (15) and ensure products and money flows between the country office under supervision of the Assistant Coordinator in charge of that province.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Animator shall:

• ensure the implementation of directives of the HE SI Executive Committee under the direction of his superior (Assistant Director);
• chair meetings of social workers (entrepreneurs) who are under his control (15 / province);
• manage cash flows and flows of goods from social entrepreneurs;
• represent HE SI Burundi/Rwanda/DRC to all provincial meetings where HE is invited;
• make periodic reports on the progress of field activities and make appropriate recommendations;

Qualifications & Profile
The Animator must:

• have a comprehensive humanities degree (A2) a minimum or equivalent experience (min 2 years);
• be able to assume the responsibilities assigned to him;
• have a good character;
• have team spirit;
• have the ability to communicate;
• be available, honest, serious, and enjoys the confidence of others
• manage human and financial material resources;
• accountable to his superior
